You've had a guitar sitting in your room collecting dust for the past 3 months...

And you really want to start playing for real. (Wait, no -- you got it as present two birthdays ago, not your last birthday, so it's actually been sitting there practically untouched for over a year...) Or maybe you have been picking it up regularly, but you just keep playing the same riff your friend taught you, but it's not really geting any better, it's getting a little boring, and you don't know what else to play.

Or maybe you do not have a guitar yet and you know absolutely nothing, but you've always wanted to learn?

Novice guitarists (that's RPG-speak for "beginner," I'm surprised you didn't know that) come in all different forms, and I'm here to help you find and get on the path to intermediate guitarist (and eventually adept, expert, and master). If I'm being honest, it's going to take some practice, but we're going to have a good time, and I'll try not to make fun of you too much.

My name is Stuart Alexander Lehman-Brown

... and I really enjoy playing guitar. But that's wasn't always the case.

After earning a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music, I settled in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I've performed with bands, recorded and produced multiple albums, and taught over 50,000 lessons. Now I'm living my best life teaching guitar, walking my dogs, and playing Skyrim.
